Meet Our Administrator
Executive Director, Steve Dean
Steve Dean is the executive director of Concordia Retirement. Prior to his appointment, Steve served as the interim executive director at Concordia Retirement from June, 2016 to February, 2017.
Dean joins the Concordia team with various experiences in healthcare and senior care. He began his healthcare profession as a registered nurse and paramedic for 13 years. He later enlisted in the US Army and the Army National Guard as a medical services corps guard for seven years.
Prior to his service in the Army, Dean became a hospital administrator for 10 years and was later promoted to the regional vice president, where he served for three years.
Dean then joined the senior care field where he served as an administrator, regional director and a CCRC director for over 16 years.
“I have always been passionate about senior care and am so honored to have the opportunity to be back in this field. Over the past few months, the Concordia family has welcomed me with open arms. I am very excited to begin my position here full time,” Dean said.
